"The Chom Chiang Rai Hotel opened just 12 months ago. Everything is new and sparkly with plenty of great on-site carparking. Staff are very accommodating to your requirements. "The hotel was really nice. The staff were helpful and our room was big and spacious. The pool is in a good location had plenty of sunbeds around it and had a poolside bar with snacks. We had a mini bar with free soft drinks in our room, free water and fruit in reception. We used bolt to get to the local attractions and it was reasonably priced. The hotel offered us a package with a private driver as soon as we arrived, which was more expensive than organising ourselves, but we were happy to do the planning. Upstairs there was a fitness suite and billiards room which we didn’t check out. The location was about a 10 minute walk from the clocktower and a 15 minute walk from the bus station. We visited the night market which was 10 to 15 minute walk we ate there which was lovely and they had many stalls."
