"Very good, apart from being put in a room directly beneath their bar/club on floor 32 which played loud music till 0100. They were able to move us the next day to a nicer room albeit 16 floors lower down. Service was great and place was well kept. "

"Shangri la was as luxurious and comfortable as we expected it to be, and more! Did not expect the mini bar items to be complimentary for the first time, that was a nice surprise. The staff were super accommodating to all of our requests. The pool is a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of busy Bangkok. The buffet had so many options and multiple cuisines, but maybe the food could be kept a little warmer. All other top hotels around have a dedicated ferry service for their guests to cross the river, so Shangrila should possibly look in to doing the same; especially a direct ferry to IconSiam would be very convenient and useful to guests."
