"Had a 3 night stay, room very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, but the hot water tap for drinks I think is dangerous, and the instructions on how to use it are inadequate. I had to find someone to help. One of the lifts is out of order, and from we were told has been for a while. Other than that, no problems. This is a great hotel, perfect for being close to the center of the city and the train station is an easy short walk too. If we come back to Oxford, we would stay here again."
