"The hotel is beautiful and the staff are mostly great. The room was livable. Huge deductions for them putting flat sheets on the mattress instead of fitted sheets. I hate hotels that do that. I tied all my corners in knots and tucked them under the mattress so it worked for me but my best friend ..."
