"We loved Highland Guest House. It's in a perfect location in a great little tow. Our hosts were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was fantastic, and another guest lounge had supplies of tea, coffee and fruit available during the day. We found many wonderful walks in the area, great meals in the nearby pub and lots of interesting shops in town. "There were 6 adults and 2 children in our group. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and were more than happy with its condition. It was very clean, spacious and had everything required for a self catering stay, although if I’m honest a 2 slice toaster is a bit of a challenge at breakfast time. 😬 The hotel itself is also very well looked after. We had lunch in the lounge area and the food was great. We used the leisure facilities and had no complaints there. The pool is a great size. The grounds of the resort are a credit to the staff. They are beautifully kept and an absolute pleasure to sit in and wander about. The staff we came into contact with were friendly and efficient. We would definitely love to return to the resort in future. "
