"This hotel didn´t have water the 2 nights I stayed there, so the front desk promised several times the water will return on time. never happen, so I stayed 2 nights without taking a shower"

"We checked in at the posted check in time but had to wait 50 minutes for our room to be ready. Staff said that our room was the only one of its class and that's why we had to wait, but we saw several other parties who also had to wait. During all this, staff socialized with each other rather than focusing on work. Two days later when we checked out, we had to wait a very long time for an elevator as 3 of the cleaning staff were seemingly stopping at every floor, chatting with each other, and then allowing the elevator to move. We also found the included breakfast completely depressing. The eggs had a green-blue tint, the beans were far too orange in color, the fruit did not seem fresh, and the coffee was truly horrible. We did not even try the included breakfast our second morning. "

"The desk clerk would not check us in until 3 pm even though it was 2pm. We explained we are old people and very tired. He wou;d not check us in until 3. The room was very cold. We tried the remote for the minisplit but nothing happened. The phone did not work so we had to go down to the front desk to get instructions. The hotel proper has no heat so the breakfast room was very cold including the food. We have stayd there before and were treated much better. The first desk clerk should not be working there. He does not know how to treat people"

"Overall the property was nice and clean. This hotel is in a safe quiet area of SLP that isn’t terribly far from the city plaza’s via ride share. Breakfast isn’t that great, but there’s plenty of options to ensure you have a mostly satisfying meal. Their evening social hour is really nice with snacks and drinks. Our main “complaint” during our stay was the construction going on next door that involved jack hammering at 7am right outside our window…but that isn’t something that the hotel really has any control over."
