O apartamento em si é muito bom, disposicao dos comodos, quartos banheiros, cozinha completa, banheiros... garagem com vaga dupla e grandes! Condomínio bem completo, lavanderia, excelente academia, piscina.. acesso direto ao shopping o que facilita para a alimentação e passeios! Pontos de atenção: limpeza precária, distante da praia acesso somente de veiculo, bastante movimentação de veiculos nas pistas 24hs por dia e sistema de fechamento das janelas nao bloqueia entrada do barulho (fiquei hospedada no 1 andar), para estadias longas poderiam fazer a substituição das toalhas e roupa de cama, tive que lavar na lavanderia do condomínio!
