Pontos positivos: limpeza impecável, estacionamento pago com manobrista. Manobrista prestativos e atenciosos. Pontos negativos: café da manhã muito mal apresentado e produtos de baixa qualidade mesmo para o padrão IBIS. Atendimento na recepção péssimo. Reservamos um quarto com uma configuração e quando chegamos no mesmo a configuração não era condizente. Ao retornar a recepção para resolver esse equívoco fomos tratados com desprezo e ironia pela funcionária da recepção. Ao pedirmos para falar com o gerente o mesmo mandou recado que estava ocupado. Em resumo bom hotel, porém precisando substituir ou treinar melhor a administração.
