"Great for a short break, although the outdoor balcony was in serious need of cleaning and cob web removal. The hammock was very mouldy but was lovely to sit in. Unfortunately our cottage was on the road side and the traffic was very noticeable. I was craving an escape from Sydney to hear the birds, but the traffic was overpowering them 😔 I think the cottages on the opposite side of the property overlooking the valley would be much nicer. "Amazing experience. The view of the mountains from the balcony is just phenomenal. Me and my husband did not feel like leaving the room. They have a great collection of DVD’s and boardgames private spa, it’s a perfect place for getaway and do absolutely nothing. There is a restaurant nearby just 8mins drive they serve amazing Prawn garlic pizza. Must try. "

"We had a great stay at the African Village. Our accomodation was roomy and clean. Some of the beds were a bit hard. We also were given 2 keys, one which did not worked and we locked ourselves out however we were able to call afterhours. The kitchen bin had also not been emptied from previous visitors and there was no dish washer tablets but these are small things. We had a lovely stay. Thank you we will consider again we we need Maleny accomodation."
