"The employees here are very nice and helpful! The room was average. And that is being kind. The tv only faces one way , old and needed to be replaced. The room was not up to par for what we were charged. ***Parking**If you are driving, the parking is horrendous! It goes between parking close and very very tight parking spots or going to the other closest one where you have to haul your luggage. It would be very helpful to have some direction on where to park. It was blocked by cabs so you could not see it."

"This is not a 3 star hotel. It is a 2 star at best. Beware - the photos of the rooms are incredibly misleading. Our first room had large stains on the carpet, the window was smaller than the photos and so dirty you could hardly see out of it, and the furniture was damaged. We asked to be moved to another room so they moved us directly next door which didn't have carpet stains but the window was dirty, furniture was damaged and in addition, the shower curtain was moldy, the bath tub paint was peeling, the mirror had a large scratch in it, the pillows were like rocks, and the beds were so old you could feel the dents of previous guests, and the walls are paper thin so we could hear the full conversation of the people next door. We only stayed 2 of our 3 nights because we were so disappointed and disgusted in this hotel. We were unable to get a refund for our 3rd night due to booking through Expedia."
