"Overall really good stay at the hotel, the staff were lovely, great location and hotel was clean. Only gave 4 stars because the room was very cramped and I hate that the bathroom door is just a glass door and not a proper door, gives you no privacy - which if you're staying with a partner might be OK, but when you're staying with a friend it's not ideal. "

"Check in was grand, staff were nice but it would have been nice to know that the roads all around were blocked off due to so parking was not possible in the way described on the website. The description I read said tranquil oasis - I found it to be nothing of the sort with a large party on when I arrived, with music being heard in my room until just after midnight. I just wanted to go to sleep. The room was lovely (a city pod) larger than expected and with plenty of towels and water - the TV kept switching off and I had to stand on a chair to pull the shutter and window closed, and to reach the towels for some reason (I am 5'4, but the towel shelf was pretty high up the wall), but overall it was comfy, dark, quiet once the party had finished and the bathroom was fresh and clean. Also, nice to have a 12noon check out. "

"The staff is so nice and amazing. Even when I was stumbling into the hotel room at 6am after being out all night they greeted me and chuckled. This place is super nice and the lights are cool. My only complaint is that the rooms ARE SO SMALL. Which would be fine if the price per night was cheaper. If I was staying here for a couple days it would be perfect but I stayed for 7 nights and I had about 4 feet of floor space. Hopefully the prices go down a bit and then this hotel would be a perfect place to stay. If I suddenly become rich I would definitely stay here again!! "

"I needed a clean space well located and no frills. EasyHotel was all of that and more. The staff was fantastic and the location was perfect! I reserved the twin bed room for my daughter and I. It was perfect for two people who planned to be out and about most of the time. Just two comfy beds and a shower. Once again the staff was incredibly helpful. They helped me find routes, restaurants and opened doors when my hands were full. "
