I think we might have been the first in so very new property which offers five suites in the one building The kitchen facilities include kettle, toaster and coffee machine so no opportunity to heat anything. However the towels provided were unusable- just need new cleans ones, these were really old and very smelly. Duvet in main bedroom yellow, really off putting. The bathroom was ok but some areas not great in terms of cleanliness. This is tricky as parts of it where great and kitchen was immaculate! I think with some attention to bedding and towels and bathroom would make the world of difference but also...

"The accommodation is well finished and the staff pleasant. We had booked a room with a sofa bed which had not been made up so we were moved to a family room which had two beds but very little room around them. We had to leave a day early as my mother was admitted to hospital but the hotel would not approve a partial refund. The breakfast was fine. I think this hotel is lovely but not really ideal for families. "

"The hotel was nice. The room was a small, but we were just there one night. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you don't plan on going into Portrush center city to eat, make a reservation at the White Pheasant restaurant inside the hotel, otherwise there isn't anywhere to eat near by. They have Kelly's which is pizza and burgers. "

"Bayview. It was clean and comfortable. Staff were good. Especially the nice older lady - I think she was in charge at breakfast this morning. Nice location and enjoyed strolling around the village. Had dinner there last night too. Both reasonably priced. Really enjoyed the views from the restaurant and room. Room was good. Everything in there except air conditioning. Bathroom abit outdated but comfortable and everything working fine and very clean. There was plenty of parking at the rear. It even had elevators to all the floors. A very nice seaside hotel. "
