"Fantastic place to stay. The views were amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Each day a housekeeper came to empty bins and top up items. So unexpected service and was great. All amenities you need for a great stay. Town totally walkable with lovely shops and lots of history. Cathedral, heritage centre fantastic things to visit. Only negative was the stairs to the apartment but came away a lot fitter then when arrived "

"I didn't realize this was a student dorm facility that apparently they rent out during the summer months. No air conditioning in the room and it was quite warm in there. Not much in the area in regard to dinning or anything else. Lots of students around being loud at night. Check-in was interesting because it's not like a regular hotel. "As expected slightly dated student accomodation. Great for price, 3 bedroom apartment perfect location. The only negative is the dated bathroom which I definitely in need of some TLC. Main areas of flat were clean but bathroom could have done with a deep clean. Overall though excellent value and comfortable."

"Large enough for everyone. Very nice neighbourhood and home. Full kitchen. Nice back yard. Enjoyed our stay. "

"The house was nice and quiet. It was advertised with a view of the ocean, however the hedge was so tall it was not possible to see over it for the view. In addition, the house could use a few basic instructions on the switches, stove, washer/dryer, etc readily available, in addition it would be nice to have a few more hand towels and hooks so guests can hang them to dry. Overall the place was a solid performer, lots of room to spread out; not walkable to a town but a short curvy drive in."

"Very enjoyable one night stay. At check in Emma was very kind and helpful in getting us a room that suited us…. this was a great start. We were very happy with our room.
