"Stayed in a multi room apartment, with accessible bathroom. The features of the room where as advertised, aside from one concerning oversight - the bathroom had no anti slip properties at all. For a person with significant mobility issues, and why the room was requested this was a significant oversight - the occupant slipped on the floor when transitioning from a wheelchair to the toilet and was not able to keep their feet steady because they were slipping around and ultimately injured themselves. The shower drainage trails infront of the toilet as well adding to the potential for a slip. Other than that the room was great, quite, clean and modern."

"Great location and very convenient for a short stay. It’s within walking distance to a range of restaurants, and having McDonald’s, Coles and Big W nearby made everything really easy. The beds were comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. However, the room itself felt quite run down and had a noticeable “old” smell. Cleanliness could definitely be improved as there was visible dust build-up and even some lolly wrappers left in the corners. Overall, a convenient spot in terms of location, but the rooms would benefit from a refresh and more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning."
