"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"The team at Pupa Winery is exceptional! We stayed with them for 5 days and boy, were we lucky. A vineyard and winery tour with tasting is included in the price and what a blast! We had so much fun, we stayed on and had a beautiful dinner and made friends. The owners and the team are warm and friendly. Breakfast was traditional Berati with a spread of fresh fruits, vegetables, olives, cheeses and even petula made to order!
If I have to complain, the WiFi is weak in the room but it’s so easy to...

"Well, didn’t expect too much of it, but it turned out to be the coziest little ‘hotel’. Family owned with a very friendly hostess. Very clean room, stunning rural breakfast and a big balcony. A real throwback in time considering the standards, but that just adds to the charm! "

"The scenery in this valley was gorgeous. My hiking, biking, & walking experience perfect. The natives were friendly people. The hotel restaurant was awesome. From the soup & salads to the roasted bbq lamb to the chicken & “rosnisat” AWESOME. The staff was nice. The proprietors were on site and very caring to their guests. “I’LL BE BACK”"

"The team at Pupa Winery is exceptional! We stayed with them for 5 days and boy, were we lucky. A vineyard and winery tour with tasting is included in the price and what a blast! "We choose this property due to its convenient location to the bus station. Buses into the Old Town run regularly. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating.
Room was clean, staff were friendly and included breakfast was nice. "

"Hana and her son Nedim took excellent care of us. The rooms are spotless. Breakfast plentiful and the best part. The AC was awesome. Breakfast on the terrace was nice. And personal. Although no dedicated parking. Very easy to find some on streets around the guest house. Highly recommend. Easy access to everything. Walkable and quiet area. "
