Nice hotel but a complete lack of customer service

Hotel is nice enough but service is severely lacking. We found out they were do renovations two doors down after we checking in - hammer drills and loud construction noises well after 11pm even after calls to the desk to complain. Second night was the same until 10pm, then came the glue smell - along with headaches and sick stomach. Front desk was not willing to do anything. Asked to speak with the Manager twice...no luck. TV stopped working and they said that they would send an engineer...never came. Asked for additional pillows...multiple times...finally went to the desk with a picture of a pillow on my phone. Sad - great location and nice enough hotel, but we will definitely find a different hotel next visit.

A nice addition to Baljurashi

A very nice hotel addition to the area. Staff need better training at handling customer requests, the only exception is reception staff. Loved the outdoor cafe.
