"This property is a steal! Super affordable price, beach front, and hospitable staff (Ate Emma). The only thing missing is wifi, but for it's price, you won't mind. The place is near degisit and Lighthouse, ermita hill, and there are many stores where you can buy. This is a budget-friendly but nice place. Thanks ASJ and Ate Emma!"

And thank God we went back since the others we've checked were downers. "The room is literally just bed, i asked the front desk what’s the amenities in the hotel and she said it’s just a room and the picture of Nipa hut in the internet was all the way to the back it’s hard to find. We end up going to look somewhere so we can eat and have fun "
