"Our family had a wonderful stay at the hotel while celebrating our daughter’s 17th birthday. One of the best parts was the convenience of the location—everything we needed was within walking distance, including great restaurants. Once we placed our car in valet, we didn’t need to take it out again during the entire trip. The area felt very safe and comfortable to walk around, which made exploring even more enjoyable for our family. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we truly felt at home. In fact, the kids enjoyed the stay so much they didn’t want to leave! We had several great dining experiences during our visit. We enjoyed room service breakfast from Ember Blu, had dinner there, and also dined in person for breakfast. Each time, the food and service were excellent. What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone—from the valet team to the front desk and the restaurant staff—was friendly, attentive, and made sure our family had a great experience. Thank you for helping make our daughter’s 17th birthday celebration so memorable!"

"No shops nearby it's located in an industrial area. They do have plenty of fresh snacks available in their pantry at affordable prices. "

"Entry area is run down, as is the rest of the areas I walked through. The room had not been vacuumed. The mattress was sunken."

"After a horrible experience at LaGuardia airport with our flight to Disney cancelled and 2 very upset children we booked another flight for the next day out of JFK. Our flight didn’t get cancelled until midnight so we quickly booked a hotel room to sleep for a few hours. The receptionist at this property was AMAZING! She was so kind and had a bagged breakfast for us in the very early morning - I wish I got her name! She is the best! "

"The staff was really friendly ! Unfortunately, the room was dirty. The bathroom had hair, countertops were not clean, towels had stains, the carpet had gum and walls were dirty. There was a group of people having a party in the hallway at 4:30 am. I hope they can fix these issues because the staff was really nice to us! "

"Convenient to the Metro L. Stayed here a few times and encountered broken elevator, broken AC, broken ice machine. Went 2 days with no housekeeping service. Room is fine. "
