"Amazing family suite with beautiful exposed beams and custom windows. There was a fresh water dispenser in the hallway to avoid the use of disposable plastic bottles (bubbly or flat!). The hotel’s restaurant is one of the best in Torun, and the breakfast buffet is five-star, probably the best I’ve ever seen anywhere. The most satisfactory stay on our trip through Poland thus far."

"I wish we would have had more time in Torun. The Copernicus hotel was within walking distance to the old town and is an absolutely perfect resort, from a spectacular breakfast, to restaurants and pools as well as the property itself. This hotel has everything for a family vacation."

"Ideal position to visit Old Town and Copernicus House . Great restaurants near by , huge variety and reasonable on prices ( even it was start of peak season ) and close to main river Wisla with its own attractions . Felt very safe and comfortable , clean , functional , spacey room . The breakfast ( included in the price of the room ) was a legend : lots of choice , excellent quality , great presentation , constant attention of the staff and lovely breakfast room in the basement to enjoy your meal ."

"This hotel is perfectly placed to enjoy Torun. You are in the old city but on the edge of all the tourist energy. The hotel is right next to the gingerbread museum and about a 5-minute walk from the center of town. The front staff speaks English, and they are well-trained. The rooms are small but very nice. The mattresses were very comfortable, and the AC worked well. The hotel breakfast was very nice and required pre-ordering. The hotel doesn't have on-site parking; it's about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the parking area. It's guarded and allows you to come & go access on the honor system. After seeing the narrow streets and access to the old city, the 10-minute walk and easy access to leave the city is well worth it."

"Loved this hotel. It's was conveniently located and in close proximity to what we wanted to do during our very short stay - explore the main square and environs and visit the Living Gingerbread Museum. We arrived before the hotel's scheduled check-in time but the front desk staff informed us our room was ready and allowed us to take possession. We did not incur an additional fee. The room was so cozy and comfortable. We loved the warm esthetic accomplished by mixing white walls with partial exposed brick, accompanied by soft, warm, adjustable, lighting from a floor and table lamp. The bed was so comfortable and we got a great night's sleep. The bathroom clean and functional. We especially liked the rain shower hand coupled with a handheld wand. The included breakfast wasn't anything spectacular but it was more than good enough with a mix of the standards - coffee, tea, juice, bread, pastries, a selection of cured meats, eggs made to order, etc. The only bad thing about our stay at this hotel was that we had to leave. It's unlikely we'll return to Torun but if we did, we'd definitely stay at this hotel again."
