Desert Palms Hotel & Suites

"The room was clean but smelled strongly of cleaning products. For someone with allergies that irritated my sinuses. The hotel parking lot is very small, I did learn of the underground parking later on, also they charge 31 dollars a night to park and only one car allowed. I met my son and granddaughter there, so we had to find another place to park my car. That was kind of inconvenient especially on check in and out day. The breakfast was great as far as options, that included a small dining room to eat there or wait for your waffles to cook. The staff was pleasant. We did not have time to enjoy the pool, but it looked small. We mainly stayed here for the location, walking distance to Disneyland but it was a nice stay overall. We would stay here again."

"The room was very clean but had that older room musty smell. But it was very humid during my stay so that probably didn't help. The AC in the room was very loud. I always bring earplugs with me so it was tolerable. I was settled in so I didn't call the desk to complain. The guest laundry area was clean and safe. All staff that I encountered were fantastic. Anything I needed was sent to my room right away. I was even given a popsicle while relaxing by the pool."

"This is our favorite hotel! The staff is absolutely fantastic, they are responsive and always helpful. My daughter has trouble walking and they go above and beyond to help us. The coffee is hot, fresh and delicious. The pool is relaxing. Can’t wait for next year. Best place stay!"
