There is a supermarket close by with cheap coffee and breakfast pastry, snacks and food for picnicking at the beach. If you have a car this place has parking, you can hop a car ride to many beaches near Rovinj to enjoy. "Older building and amenities, but as expected for an accomodation in the Old Town. Location is what you are paying for here - just 1 min away from the Arch to enter the Old Town streets, amazing restaurants nearby and around the corner, and the place is tucked away in a quiet side street. About a 15-20 min walk from the Rovinj bus station.
Had a queen bed and queen sofa set up that worked well for us. Washroom door is opaque/translucent glass, so be aware that you can see parts into it from the bedroom space. Older stand-up shower but newly renovated sink space.
Check-in is arranged with the host via WhatsApp, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the host to show up to let us in after we informed them that we had arrived at the address."
"This property is really good value for money in Rovinj which is becoming a pretty pricy destination. The owners are really quick to respond. We had one minor issue after checking in, and they responded within 30 minutes of us arriving to the property by sending extra items that we needed.
One note to people reading other reviews. We were aware of the cafe across the street that is working late. Yes, you can hear the noise from the cafe late into the night, but every day we were so tired that we fell asleep without being bothered too much about the noise.
Once you step outside your door, you are in the centre of Rovinj, close to the action."
