The staff is helpful and courteous. The bed's upholstery is torn and makes me itch possibly there are bed bugs. I have to request for toilet paper because there is none and no waste basket too. It's an old 80's hotel but nice upkeep, nice walking area, good staff, good sit-down breakfast included. Had the big Royal room for family with kids lots of room. The other hotel center of town was not as clean in my opinion and it's old too so this place is just fine.

Got catcalled thrice by the same person, and tricycle drivers were overcharging the actual grab fare. Other than that, I think the place is decent, especially the Wooden Leaf restaurant which offers really good salad and tea.
