What a great team. The customer services at the beach with Salvador and his team DJ and Diego from Peru, fabulous !!!! My friends and I had the best time ever. I strongly recommend Eden Roc Hotel not even for the ocean view and the food, but the Costumers services really made me feel a Queen. Thanks so much Mrs. Lunie at the changing room, what a nice lady. "The hotel was really nice and clean. Beach service was great. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was great. Only thing is - it is pretty far from Miami Beach itself but perfect if you are looking to be away from all the action."

"Amazing hotel and very family friendly. Check in and bell service are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are well appointed with mini fridge. Loved the pool, the shallow area was great for my toddler. On one day they also had games for the little ones. Beach and back boardwalk is relaxing and what makes staying here worth it. South beach area is not nice to walk around though - very dirty and can be sketchy at night. "
