Qafqaz hotel in good location, Baku.

Our second stay at this hotel, as previous, the hotel is immaculately clean with friendly front desk staff. In fact, the friendliness was spread out amongst all the staff. Magnificent breakfast and clean rooms at a very affordable price. Excellent hotel!

It was amazing stay at this time. The facility, food, room, location all are very nice. Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Room service and cleanliness were too bad. We booked one room for 3 persons (3beds) but when we got to the room, there was only two beds and after we complained they added one extremely uncomfortable bed. Taxis in front of the hotel were so expensive and charged us almost 3 times higher than the real price. We booked airport transport service which had delayed about 1hour and 45 minutes. Hotel didn’t pay any penalty or gave us any discount and we had to pay the complete cost. The only thing that we got as a compensation was some fruits and cookies in our room.

Fantastic! We stayed at the hotel during our flying visit to Baku, hotel room was very spacious, clean and boasted a big double bed. Would recommend. Unfortunately we did not dine in the hotel restaurants nor visit the hotel spa or gym facilities, so therefore cannot comment on those amenities.
