"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us as soon as we walked in abd checked us in immediately. They asked me if was a Hilton Honors member and verified my account. We went with a large family group for the weekend. All of us were very happy with our stay. We used the pool and the lobby to hang out together and the staff was very accommodating, thank you for great service and the delicious warm cookies!"

"I stayed here based off of the positive reviews from others, and I was indeed pleasantly satisfied. Having recently stayed at a different hotel that was less than clean, this H.I. express smelled and looked clean to the naked eye and closer inspection. The only issue is that we could not enter the front doors due to damage/breakage of the front slider. Signs were clearly posted. The front desk clerk was pleasant and efficient. The elevators and halls were clean and well lit. The room was clean and clean smelling. They may have recently repainted and decorated as the rooms and bathrooms looked appealing ans fresh. The linen was clean, fresh, tightly tucked. The bed (king) was SO comfortable. Whomever said the breakfast omelets were good was RIGHT. Basic but delicious...and real cheese. I was only in town for one night, but comfort, cleanliness, and convenience are important. I was pleasantly surprised. The two hiccups?? The room phone was broken/out of order. We found that out when we needed to "fix" the TV. We watched the TV the night before, but the next morning there was picture but no sound. We called [via cell phone] to the desk and they had us unplug and plug the TV in so that it would reboot. It did...and all was well afterward, but that was...a weird thing to have a guest do. Apparently, its thr known fix. Overall, mild hiccups, but issues nonetheless. Still rating 4/5."
