Property is pet friendly, for free which is a plus. However, the area in which this motel is located at is very shady. We stayed for one night and had no problems but I would understand why some people would change their minds about staying here once they see the area.

Safe pot because the whole property is gated in, you have to use your room key! Convenient spot and very low prices if you give reviews. Easy parking for you to view your car from your room.

Good price, pick a room away from the gate

Was close to the gate, therefore could hear it each time it opens and close which woke me up a few times. Lots of people passing by speaking sometimes loudly. Close to many major fast food chain and a variety of other restaurants. A laudromat is also close by, a Ross and a 7/11 Price was great, I personally didn't get scared but there was lots of homeless in the area, most looked intoxicated. I might be wrong but some of the womens staying there seemed to be protitutes

The service staff was amazing very nice people but the room had many problems but they were fixed. They also had to switch rooms for. There was some fighting with other tenants that made me very nervous.

I stay here often. I enjoy it. It does get pretty busy. Especially at night, but as always you get what you pay for. I thoroughly enjoy the staff. Maria, I believe her name is, is so sweet. She works in the mornings. I accidentally forgot to grab my change one morning and she held it for me and ended up cash- apping it to me. Then there’s the younger guy with glasses. He’s so sweet he helped me get my change from her. They really have gone over and beyond for me. Because of this I choose to stay here over a lot of the hotels in Bakersfield. Thanks you guys!

The room rate was excellent for the quality of the room. The room had been refurbished and was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked. However, the door was tricky to open. Also, they required a deposit on a second credit card to be assigned a refurbished room which was quirky and even more strange was that the deposit and deposit refund showed up on the original card that I used to book the room instead. Our only concern was that the neighborhood must be rough since the motel building and parking lots are secured behind a non-scalable fence and there is a security guard onsite.

The staff were top notch. Room was in decent shape. Good location re food options and highway access. But it appears Bakersfield is housing homeless at this hotel as well as others in the area. Shady characters in the parking lot at all times of day coming going hanging out. Trash and busted up cars in lot and in surrounding area. Cars coming and going at all hours. I could tell they were trying to keep the lot cleaned up I wouldn’t recommend for a family or anyone concerned for safety if they are alone. But I would likely stay there again if it was significantly cheaper than other hotels in the area.
