There was bed bugs and I didn't get refunded they did offer another room but the room had roaches in the refrigerator about 2 in the morning I discovered a bed bug crawling on my friends shirt that was on the chair an the 30 min later there were 2 more bed bugs that were crawling on the bed

Went in room. Cockroaches ran everywhere. Went. In the bathroom and hundreds ran. The room was dirty. We had been up for 2 days so we slept for a couple hours and left. We had the room for 2 nights but never went back

They kept my deposit even after they approved a late checkout. There was roaches crawling all over the walls and behind the bed in the room. It looked like there was moldy food and all along the back of the headboard on the floor. My son would go up to get ice and they would inform him of when our checkout was which they should not be discussing with an 11 year old. I am contacting the health department. I have never stayed in a more disgusting room than this one. They should be ashamed and embarrassed to rent their rooms out like this.
