"The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. "Clean room, very polite staff, all accessible and fluent in English, conveniently located hotel only few blocks away to Kololi beach. Safety and plenty of social life and safari services in the surrounding area . Premises really good including the pool and bar areas and the flowery garden. WiFi is generally good, breakfast however is basic and can do better with fruit and juice choices. Apartments well equipped in most units. I recommend the hotel "
