"Very rural location which meant we were very aware of the noise of village dogs during the night.
It is an 8 minute tuktuk ride from the Dambulla bus stand, but only a 600 metre walk to the access to the Dambulla Cave Temples.
The bathroom was tired and could do with a significant refresh."

"Lovely peaceful hotel with amazing cabins. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Pool and bar area was lovely and clean - hard working pool guy there.
Breakfast was great buffet style. We went out to dinner to nights we were here but there is a restaurant.

"Wow. Luxurious property with the friendliest staff. The food was everything was picked from their farm. So fresh, generous portions, and organic! Our stay was simply amazing. "We really enjoyed our time at this villa near Lion Rock. It is a ten minute walk to the rock and we were very happy with the cooking class we took with the owner. I highly recommend booking here - it was a much more personal experience as opposed to a big resort. "

"The hotel is average. Rooms are clean and spacious.
Amenities are good. What I didn’t like is the breakfast dining hall which is open from all sides and flies are roaming around. The butter was left open which should have been covered to ensure hygiene.
