"A few issues with our room on 1st day (1) could not open the door lock; (2) no channels on TV; (3) handwash in bathroom & shower hard to use; (4) unfamiliar with shower operation. All were attended to immediately apart from door lock: 1st day different staff members turned the lock open with apparent ease (making us feel inadequate); 2nd day 'handyman' squirted WD40 into the lock (not solved); day 3 handyman arrived with a set of locks, one of which worked smoothly for the remaining time. This was a minor annoyance: we loved the room, the whole hotel and the friendly staff"

"Rent och prydligt, men mycket slitet, både rum och korridorer. Stort behov av renovering. Matsalar och övriga utrymmen är helt okej vad gäller standard. Mycket trevlig personal och bra och varierad mat. Bra utbud vad gäller kvällsunderhållning. Gott om solbäddar vid poolerna."

"Excellent central location just off the sea front, ideal if you want to walk out the hotel door and into the sea for a swim on one of the town beaches. Fantastic inclusive breakfast served with a great selection and everything you need to set you up for the day. The only negative was an awful smell of bleach in my room/ bathroom that lingered for my stay. "
