"Without a doubt, Olina, Business Manager, made the difference. Since we arrived she offered sodas to compensate for our short delay at registering. When we needed to collect our laundry from a nearby laundrymat, she sent a driver to do so. Food is very good, not excellent selection, but good quality. Rooms are good enough. I would definitely return."

Day staff especially one girl by the name Ma Dong Mei 马冬梅 is excellent. Super friendly n helpful. Her other female colleague is not bad too. Night staff service is below average especially the guys. Cleaning is the worst. 2 days they made our bed but never wash the cups n empty the dustbin depsite several reminders. The cleaner empty...

"Hotel nearby have convinence store, Macdonald, small walking street for some local stuff shopping, due to hotel build without good voice isolation, so even we are in 7th floor still very noisy, no metro nearby either. Only can say is easy for finding food and daily living necessary. Room are ok, staff speak little bit of English."

"The hotel had a slight smell of smoke especially in the room. I felt a little ill at times bc of it. The restaurant was nothing to write home about. We got to the buffet around 9:30am and food was cold. It said the hotel was international but I didn't find it to be international at all. Local hotel that catered to locals. 20 minutes from airport, 35 minutes from train station. Only 1 person spoke English and it wasn't that good. "
