Everything was clean, breakfast was amazing, and the whole process was seamless. The fire alarm went off my last night there and the staff were quick to react and kept everyone informed. Will be staying here again on my next trip to Germany! "

"Good clean room. Code entry worked well. Bed was comfy. The only slight issue was that the cleaning staff knocked on the door and entered the room twice, once around 9am and once around 10am. It did not appear necessary to me as I was due to check out at 11am the same day, check in is not until 3pm for the next guest."
