"This resort is newly reopened after rebuilding from the hurricane. It’s very tranquil and relaxing. The resort management is pretty much hands off, but lets you know to contact them if you have needs. The resort is situated on a quiet stretch of the beach. I lived the light aqua colors and seahorse theme. Those are two of my favorites. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer. I’ll definitely be back. "

"Lovely rooms, quiet atmosphere, and nice staff. The only issue was the no-see-ums so bring bug spray!!"

"It was perfect! The bed was comfy cozy, a huge TV (I rarely used it, so much to do outside), nicely appointed bathroom with a wonderful shower and several shampoos and body wash. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. A couple of hot pads would be a good addition! A short walk to the beach using the wagon provided to each unit loaded with beach chairs and a great sturdy umbrella 🏖️ that screwed into the sand so it didn't blow away in the breeze/wind. Nice beach towels also included! Bikes are provided, although a basket would have been appreciated. I had to carry my groceries home in a bag on my shoulder.(I didn't have a vehicle) The grounds were very nice, with outdoor seating, a DIY bar area, outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and lovely landscaping. I really enjoyed my stay at the Palm View and will definitely return next year!"

"We absolutely loved staying at the Driftwood Inn. We loved the cottage and the amenities. Everything is brand new and immaculate. The beds are very comfortable, and the pull out bed is even comfortable. That never happens! The beach is a short walk and so many restaurants near by. We will definitely be staying again. My only suggestion is for people that are not familiar with No-serums, they can be bad. Possibly provide a small bug spray for them in the nice goody bag you left for us. if they are not familiar, encourage them to use it, and they can buy more as needed! Thank you for a great stay!"
