"My stay at this hotel was terrible I told them I was having a couple kids swim because it was my baby birthday than they tend to tell me I can’t have to many people in the room when I told them they wasn’t staying than they told me my kids were to loud while they was swimming “ there kids” so for me to come from a different state and choose this hotel to stay at and get told multiple times that everything I was doing was wrong I will never stay at this hotel again!"

"Everything was great, except a little misunderstanding. The night before our check out, I personally ask to the nice lady at the front desk if we could have a late check out because our flight to Florida was late afternoon. She told me that we could check out at 1:00 PM, which was great and helpful, sure enough next day we received a phone call from the front desk saying that was after 11:00 AM so I told them we requested a late check out and was granted to us until 1:00 PM, they replied saying they didn’t have any notification, pretty much saying I was lying, which I didn’t appreciate. "

"My room was very spacious, with a king size bed and a full size couch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problems I had were more systematic. The pool was very cold, the hot tub was only half filled with water and the shower kept going from warm to cool. But the worst issue was that the walls and floors were paper thin. I could not only hear the guests upstairs but also feel them jumping through the headboard of the bed. This is not a problem that is easily fixed, but during low occupancy times, I would suggest putting the noise kids at one end of the hall and alternating rooms from floor to floor to avoid kids over other people. "
