"The property was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. The location is gorgeous, and we felt our dogs were welcome visitors. The pool was a plus. The coffee in the room was awful. The chief complaint was the food we picked up at the hotel's steakhouse, Bighorn Lounge. The trip-tip was dry and overcooked. The menu listed a baked potato and asparagus for a side, but we received three stalks of asparagus and 6 slices of possibly roasted potatoes. The trout was average, and the house burger was meh at best. For the price, they were all disappointing. We didn't have high expectations, and we were still let down. The bartender was awesome; the food was not. Highly recommend staying, just eat elsewhere."

"The place is very nice and in a good location. For the price, the room should be cleaned every day, not every other day. Even on one of the cleaning days, we got no new tissue, so we had to go get that ourselves when we ran out. The breakfast is not good at all. On my first and only day trying it, I started with a bite of what turned out to be ice-cold powdered eggs. The coffee is good though. Guests are supposed to get $20 credit each night for items purchased from the market or drinks at the bar. One of our nights' credit was omitted, so I'm still waiting for that to be resolved. If you like dogs, lots of guests bring very nice friendly ones."
