"The hotel was good for the location. It had a stop of the bus taking you to the airport directly. My room was very spacious, and this was the cheapest room on the property. The breakfast was not a buffet and I had to book a time for my breakfast and choose the menu. Still, the cook was not available at the appointed time and I had to wait."

"The location is good. There are a lot of dining options around. The hotel is clean. The amenities are great. The only thing- after the first night I went to breakfast at 7 am and it was not ready till 7.30 am. The person who organized the breakfast either was late to his job or some other problems. Because of this I was late to my meetings in the city 3 hours drive away."

"The hotel is in the centre of Astana, but the location is not exactly the same as shown on the map. The room was small, which matched the price paid. The room was full of notifications with fees for damaging hotel property. The staff was not always available, and I had to wait for the breakfast which was just two fried eggs."
