"We stayed for 11 nights over the Christmas break. Lovely apartment, everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were clean, reception staff welcoming and helpful. Conveniently located less than 15 minutes by metro from the centre of Munich. Would definitely stay there again if back in Munich. "

"The room was clean and well maintained. Very good service at check in especially as I had checked in online beforehand. Bar staff were efficient and became friendly. A good location very close to the main train station so you can be there within 45min of leaving the airport on the S1 / S8. Only thing to note was a few men around the area who seemed to loiter. There is enough people walking about to make this not a problem if you are a couple / group but if I was a lone traveller (esp female) then I might be a little concerned."

"This hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable with amazing hospitality. On Christmas Eve, hospitality went room to room sharing delicious sweet bread. You can’t beat the location either. It’s walkable distance to Resz, Marienplatz, and the market. My family had an unforgettable Christmas stay in Munich; very glad we picked this hotel!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) The main issue with this hotel is the extremely small room. It was very uncomfortable for two people, with no space to open suitcases or even sit down. The bathroom had excellent hot water, but the drainage was very poor, flooding the entire bathroom with no proper wet/dry separation, and water even leaked onto the carpet outside. The bathroom door was also very difficult to open, sometimes requiring help from someone outside. Breakfast was very good, with warm, freshly baked bread. If not included, it costs €19.90. On the first night, the staff were extremely friendly, and self-service hot water, coffee, and hot chocolate were available in the common area, which we really appreciated. On the second night, because the room was so small, my sister stayed in the common area while I went upstairs to shower. At that time, the staff told us we were not allowed to use the coffee machine, saying it was only for breakfast, even though other guests had just used it freely without being stopped. This inconsistency made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, acceptable only for a very short stay with minimal luggage, but not suitable if you value space, comfort, and consistent service."

"Hotel is great, very close to train station which is easy t9o navigate. Taxi/Uber also easily obtained here. Limited breakfast if not eating in the hotel. During Christmas there is pop up market with live music and ice skating rink right behind the hotel. Would stay her again if not staying city center. "
