"Vom Ferry Pier zur Unterkunft gibt es keinen kostenlosen Trasfer (wie in der Anzeige beschrieben), man muss selber ein Taxi für 50THB p.Person organisieren.
Der Abfluss am Waschbecken war bei Anreise undicht und konnte nicht repariert werden.
Ansonsten ist die Anlage schön gelegen aber für länger als eine Nacht nicht zu empfehlen.
Der Transfer zum Flughafen Trat für 400THB für 2 Personen hat gut funktioniert."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sylvan again - we were here 2 years ago. Hotel and rooms all very clean and room cleaning and bed and towel changes perfect! "We liked the hotel. We’ve been there also last year. I asked for a room at the second floor and got one at the third. I have a new knee and i’m not good in stairs now. They were willing to change the next day, but a room with a poor view. So i asked for one at the second floor with view. The girl behond the desk told us she has a room like that but the boss of the hotel refused. We could take the one with the poor view or stay in our room at the third floor. We didn’t understand the refusal....

"Super comfy beds.
The walk up the hill to our rooms got annoying after several times, however if u hire a scooter no problems. Pool as a balcony was awesome. Bars and nightlife directly opposite hotel was convenient. Restaurants/cafes close by"
