"This was my first visit to Marlon hotel. The location and service and quality of the room were all beyond my expectation for the payment I made. The surrounding area is not such a fully developed downtown but not at all inconvenient for business traveler to stay. Absolutely, I will come back again to this hotel for my next trip in Jeddah. "

"Nice little hotel, spacious clean room with food amenities.
Breakfast was different and interesting.
Customer attention is horrendous though, when I checked in, the concierge took my suitcase to bring to the room after check in, he went somewhere and reception staff were having a chat. Went to my room, waited and waited and then after 20min I called reception, they said someone will bring it up shortly, 10min later still waiting. I went down and brought it up myself at the end, reception staff...
