"I had an excellent stay at the Delano. The room was clean and had an excellent shower and hot water.
The staff were very helpful, especially Gech who organised all my tours while I was there. I felt completely at ease with him organising everything.

"A friend and I stayed at the blue Nile resort hotel, which has a stunning setting and views on the waters edge of lake Tana. It was a perfect spot to start our tour of lake Tana and Islands. The staff were helpful and it the buffet breakfast had a good selection. However the twin room was very small which had not been apparent in the photos online as I had thought it was a twin room with double beds not singles and there was no hot water."

"So far the hotel is very good, service team is polite and helps on all questions. Restaurant and food is very good. Many mosquitos, but help with spraying and antimosquito nets. So, no problem at all. Price is fair.
I was not served the offered free bottle of wine as stated in my booking. Room was not with lake view, as stated in my booking."
