Hi to whom it may concern. Overall my stay was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful. As i was told that the hotel was recently opened and was expecting it to be very clean but that wasn't the case. The flour was really dirty, mould on walls etc. So can do with cleaning the room before the guests check in. Thanks

No hot water to shower.
Too noisy.
Terrible design of the bathroom. No barrier or wall around shower.
Elevator were not working.
No iron or ironing stands available even on request.
On Saturday night, a musical concert ( qawwali) was going on the hotel’s property and had a sleepless night.
Staff were very nice and helpful and good. The hotel is a victim of poor management.
