"The rooms, dining area and facilities were in excellent condition. The range of pools with different temperatures was fantastic as the weather changed. Food was freshly cooked and healthy. The tours available were fantastic for the kids, and the dinosaur tour had some really good animatronics for the jurassic park fans"

The thermal river is unforgettable — relaxing, healing, and unlike anything you’ll experience elsewhere. We loved the beautiful hiking trails, restorative yoga sessions, and exhilarating zip-lining. The food was exceptional across all restaurants, with fresh ingredients, great flavours, and flawless service. Every meal felt special. A true highlight was meeting Gabriel and his father — two of the most gracious, passionate people you’ll ever meet. Their love for the land, the community, and the guest experience shines through in every detail of the resort.
