"We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Very friendly staff, great service and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the morning yoga session and loved the fact that we could take a dip in the Ganga right at the hotel. Everything about the hotel is impeccable and we would love to go back and visit again. "Property was clean, staff was very respectful, however there were some issues;
Power interruptions caused TV channels to go to default, the TV volume to high. When we arrived in the room TV was asking to recharge and put money in account, when we called the reception they said they will send someone soon but noone came.
We found that the price charged by expedia was much more than what the room was being offered that day about 30% more.
We asked some reasonable discount for our troubles...

"One of my best hotel stays in India. Private access to Ganga ghat, Aarti on-site and a small but beautiful temple on the property were absolutely wonderful. The service and the staff were outstanding. Shout out to Ritu, Khushi, Ishita, Harmanjit, Sunil, and Nitin...keep up the great work, customer care and professionalism....you're the best!! Room was recently renovated and very well designed and comfortable. Close to Har Ki Pauri, but still very quiet and peaceful. "
