"Geräumig; durchdacht; gute LAGE.
Wir hatten zweimal wegen des NICHT vorhandenen Internets angerufen. Uns wurde Rückruf und Behebung des Mangels zugesagt, dies war auch am vierten Tag noch nicht geschehen.
Ein scharfes Messer wäre wünschenswert. "

"Unfortunately we didn't have breakfast included, but it seems like very good. But we drunk coffee from their restaurant. All was pleasant, we recommend this hotel. I stayed with family for 5 nights. "

"This hotel was a gem in Potsdam. The room was spacious with working facilities although restock of coffee and tea does need to be refreshed (no milk or coffee packets just old packets left previously) The free breakfast was a delight and the food fully continental the coffee variety was excellent with service from 6-12 which is really great for all types of travellers. Iron in room! The main Potsdam train station is about 15mins walk away. I can see how beautiful this town would be in the summer as during December black ice on the pavement made walking very difficult and high risk. There is a free museum if you have time 10mins or less walking distance plus the main attractions within the vicinity. Unfortunately Uber do not operate highly in this area so a local taxi would cost you €12 euros to train station. Regular trains in to Berlin and Frankfurt from Potsdam too. ABC one way ticket is €4.70 and you have to validate before boarding, beware German train conductor do check everyone’s ticket! Overall very good stat and price if you want to visit outside of Berlin for a better experience connecting to other local towns. "
"Very convenient location next to a train station and within walkable distance from several Potsdam attractions; close to eateries, Aldi and town centre Christmas markets. Clean rooms bathroom; good and clean cutlery, linen, comfortable beds.
Things to improve: add international plug points, USB charging ports. "
"Surpassed my expectations. Stayed at the Maxx for a mini conference and was significantly impressed. My room was on the top 4th floor which provided a great view of the rooftops on Potsdam.
Everyone and everything with the Maxx went well: clean room and hotel. Attentive staff. The best location in terms of Sanssouci Park, area restaurants, and easy accessible to the tram or buses.
