"Room was stunning as was the rooftop bar and pool. Location was great. The food offering is limited. Very much Asian. Even then the night we tried to dine in the rooftop bar a lot of things were not available. The hotel made amends. Albeit, we had dinner in the Italian restaurant across the road (closest to the hotel as there are two). It was fantastic."

"Great location for viewing Baden Baden. The most impressive thing about this hotel, however, were the staff. Every staff member that we interacted with could not have been more helpful and friendly - this includes the reception staff and those that were present I the breakfast room."

"The room was very clean and recently refurbished by the look of it. It was great for staying as a family of 4 and all being together. The one downside is there is no housekeeping during your stay so cups aren’t cleaned and we only had 2 cups for 4 of us. It is a good location for walking into the old town and there is also a lovely Italian restaurant 4 minutes walk away and a bakery and small supermarket 7 minutes walk away. Would recommend staying here for a 2 night stay."

"A lovely hotel, room was dated and it was incredibly difficult to park, but the facilities are lovely and the room was comfortable and had what we needed. Space could do with a freshen up but served really well for a stay in the city as we passed through. The kids loved the pool."
