"Entiendo que es un error por parte de Expedía. No hubo alojamiento en este hotel porque al presentarme allí el encargado me indicó que están en obras, cuestión que pude comprobar, y no admitían huéspedes. Incluso me pregunto si Expedía me había cobrado el cargo por la habitación!!! Cosa que así fue. Inmediatamente trate de ponerme en contacto con personal de Expedía sin conseguirlo (ni asistente virtual y en persona). Mantuve unos mensajes de chat vía web sin éxito en poder hablar con alguna...

"Excellent hotel with every necessary luxury available. Breakfast on the terrace is great with a big garden to use, with shade and sun. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is very quiet and is only a short walk to bars and restaurants in the town centre. Would definitely return"

Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious, and the service throughout our stay was warm, professional, and attentive. The location is also ideal—just a short walk from Baden-Baden's main attractions while still feeling peaceful and exclusive. "This beautiful little hotel is a great place to stay when in the Black Forest of Germany. The hotel is an older building which makes it even more comfortable with a rustic feel. The rooms are on the smaller side, but much like hotels in Europe. The rooms are air conditioned and very clean. No fear, looking up a long staircase should not make you worry as there is an elevator to get you up to your room. The staff is really helpful and the morning breakfast is very nice. Parking is across the street in a public parking garage, but a very short walk and easy to get in and out of. Public transportation stops in front of the property and with transfers you can get anywhere in town. We spent five nights and would have liked to spend more as the whole area is very beautiful."
