Beautiful apartment…well stocked in a quiet area. Only negative was booked for five persons but only pillows and bedding supplied for four, and bath towels for two but we were able to make do as we had travelled with some stuff. We would absolutely recommend this comfortable & well kept apartment.

Stunning apartment quiet location. We arrived after 3 our apartment wasnt ready and had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be cleaned . The bedroom has no window or ventilation so it can get really hot esp of weather is warm.

A little far from Zurich but if your looking for a cheaper well kept place to stay with free parking this is a great choice.

Das Zimmer hat uns gefallen. Schlecht war aber, dass niemand anwesend gewesen ist und der Anruf (teures Roaming Telefonat) der Servicvenummer auch nur mäßig erfolgreich war. Checkin war sehr schwierig, da sehr die mobilen Netze direkt am Haus sehr schwach waren, WLAN ging erst nach dem Check-In. Die Haustür war geschlossen und ging nicht zu öffnen. Erst am zweiten Tag erhielten wir nach einem längeren Telefonat einen Code. Dazu kam noch, wir waren zu viert im Zimmer, hatten aber nur dreimal Bettzeug. Der Anruf mit der Bitte um Abhilfe war leider erfolglos. Außerdem war es sehr kalt und die Funktion einer Heizung war weder ersichtlich, noch irgendwo beschrieben. Schade, das Hotel an sich war schön, aber die Organisation war sehr schlecht.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Whirlpool gebucht. Es war ein sehr cooles Erlebnis :) Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die einzige Ausnahme war allerdings die Spülmaschine. Diese muss dringend gewartet werden. Das Geschirr in der Spülmaschine war komplett von einer Kalkschicht oder ähnlichem überzogen. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte von den vorbeifahren Zügen geweckt werden. Wer schon immer mal den ersten Kaffee des Tages im Whirlpool genießen wollte, ist hier richtig :)

Mussten kurzfristig ein neues Zimmer haben und haben mit Berg&Berg eine Unterkunft gefunden, bei der man auch kurzfristig noch ein Zimmer buchen konnte. Auch als wir Probleme beim Check-in hatten, wurde uns schnell und kompetent geholfen.

Das Hotel war insgesamt für eine Nacht ganz ok. Leider konnten wir unser Zimmer nicht wie versprochen ab 15 Uhr beziehen, sondern mussten fast eine Stunde im Foyer auf die Putzfrau warten. Als wir dann drin waren, haben wir leider noch einiges an Schmutz vom Vorgänger vorgefunden. Insbesondere der Balkon wurde überhaupt gar nicht gereinigt.
