Five star Spa Hotel

Excellent spa, great restaurants, wonderful breakfast and the bar does a mean Old Fashioned. Not cheap, but worth it.

Excellent breakfast and service. This place has lots of good swimming, spa, gym amenities. Very nice location/grounds. Rooms/bathrooms are dated and somewhat cramped in some cases, but hotel is generally very well maintained. Renovations underway. Lots of options for dining / drinks at hotel.

Very nice outdoorpool, comfortable rooms with minibar included, various options for breakfast, also vegan ones. Servicepersonal highly motivated. But nearby the indoor pool there are two less sunbeds and the quiet rooms offers only place for five people.

Sehr nettes und fleißiges Personal - sehr zuvorkommender Empfang. Es ist ein total gemütliches Hotel mit wirklich tollem Service. An meinem Geburtstag wurde mir sogar ein Kuchen aufs Zimmer gebracht - sehr aufmerksam. Massagen usw. sollte man vorab buchen - vor Ort am Wochenende meistens komplett ausgebucht. Die Sauna und der Ruhe Bereich sind auch sehr sauber und schön. Gegessen haben wir nicht im Hotel, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Die Bar in der Lobby abends ist klasse und auch die Qualität und Zubereitung der Getränke sind top. Am Outdoorpool hat man die Möglichkeit über einen QR-Code Getränke zu bestellen die einem dann gebracht werden - auch sehr positiv aufgefallen. Insgesamt hatten wir tolle 2 Tage und Waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder vorbei schauen.

Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Die Therme war auch angenehm. Es gibt einen Park gegenüber, was sich perfekt für einen Spaziergang eignet. Die Stadtmitte ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Super Hotel

Ich schlafe immer im Comfort Zimmer, da ist das Bett für mich am Angenehmsten. Ich sollte erst neben Gästen mit Hund das Zimmer nehmen das war mit Balkon und zum Garten auf der Poolseite. Ich habe ein ruhiges Zimmer gesucht. Da ich Haustiere nicht mit Ruhe verbinde, sondern mit Bellen bin ich gegenüber eingezogen. Die Hausdame hatte dann auch noch in der Nähe das Zimmer vom Abstellen der Putzwagen, diese verhielten sich allerdings morgens um 8Uhr trotzdem ruhig. Das war schön. Das Einzige, was ich immer wieder feststelle, der Balkon müsste auch mal gesäubert werden. Bin zum 3 Mal im Steigenberger abgestiegen, viele Rentner mit Rollator oder ohne vorhanden, denen schmeckt es halt genauso wie mir und sie mögen Wellness wie ich eben auch im Steigenberger. Beim Frühstück gab es außer reinen Naturquark alles und man hat eine schöne Aussicht in den Park. Die Fitnessarmbandvariante für Spa und Zimmer finde ich super gelöst. Das man alle Restaurants auf der Terrasse zusammenlegt finde ich ebenfalls sehr gut gelöst. Die Pools waren wieder angenehm, da wurde mal wieder nachgebessert. Kurpark super mit waldpilzen bestückt. Vielen Dank.

Die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt, wurden auch vom Boden genommen, gefaltet und wieder zum Benutzen gestellt. Man reist auch erst um 15:00 Uhr ein, mit Kindern darf man aber den Pool bis 14:00 Uhr benutzen, wie geht das denn. Das sei auch ein Familienhotel, für Familien habe ich keine Vorteile gesehen. Sonst war das Personal an der Rezeption und der Küche, sowie die Kellner sehr freundlich.
