"First of all - we paid double via Expedia compared to the couple in front of me (which paid to the hotel directly). Two things about the hotel we liked: breakfast and the pool. The lady that “welcomed” us at the reception was pretty unfriendly; the hotel was really rundown (starts with a dirty carpet when you walk inside from the parking lot, the balcony floor was horrible condition). And worst: the checkout time ist 10:00h am!!!! The same time the pool opens - I can't imagine any worse customer...
"Nice place and very close to train stop Bad Sulza. Close to city centre 1km walk.
Room was nice and clean, no AC, no loundry service to the customers. Bike rental locate city tourist office, not on site.
Free parking on site.😎 Very nice, kind and helpfull staff."

"Das erhaltene Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie.
Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer mit großem Wasserbett, zugeteilt wurde ein kleineres Zimmer mit 2 normalen Einzelbetten.
Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass meine Einwände jemanden sonderlich interessiert hätten.
Das einzige Zugeständnis bestand darin, dass mir die Betten zusammengeschoben wurden. Der Preisunterschied wurde mir natürlich nicht erstattet.
Die Möbel sind schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, eine Tür hatte in der Duschkabine...
