Отель с незабываемыми термами

Больше всего впечатлили Тосканские термы - комплекс бань и бассейнов. Из отеля туда ведет стеклянный коридор, ходили прямо в халате. Сам отель напоминает санаторий, можно взять курс лечебных процедур. Питание немного однообразное , в остальном все понравилось. Огорчили только высокие цены за вполне стандартный номер.

Auf keinen Fall!!!

Man sollte das „ Hotel“ eher als Krankenhaus bezeichnen, so riecht es auch. Inmitten der Rehaklinik gelegen, sieht man Patienten, Pflegepersonal und Krankenhausausstattung überall. Wir sind für ein Wellnesswochenende angereist, damit hatte diese Erfahrung allerdings nichts zu tun. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, der Teppich ließ aber auch dort sowie auf den Fluren sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das „Restaurant“ und das Café dürfte nicht als solches bezeichnet werden. So eine Kantine ist heute nur noch schwer zu finden. Das Frühstück war annehmbar, aber die Atmosphäre und Ausstattung waren eher abstoßend. Die Therme und die Sauna sind sehr schön, daher ist es besonders verwunderlich, dass diese mit dem Hotel an der Therme Haus 2 kooperieren. Fairerweise müssen wir sagen, dass das Personal höflich war, bei Fragen allerdings nicht oft weiterhelfen konnte. Wer ein Wellnesswochenende im Hotel erwartet, wird enttäuscht werden. Es scheint viel besser sich ein Zimmer in einer der zahlreichen Pensionen zu nehmen.

Afslapning i højsæde

Vi ankom efter en lang køretur og fik lige hvad vi havde brug for; 5 timers spa, lækker mad og gode senge. De taler ikke så godt engelsk men prøver med et smil på læben. Det er også et rekreationssted for ældre og syge.

Gemütliches und sauberes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück.

- unkind staff from the beginning - third bed in the room was missing, there was no form of apology - uncleanliness in the toilet area of the spa - wrong charge for parking and food in the amount of 70 € without any excuse - the food was not outstanding

Wir waren in Haus 2. Dieses ist ein Nebengebäude von Haus 3 (welches die Klinik ist). Um in die Therme über den Bademantelgang zu gelangen, mussten wir jedesmal an den Räumlichkeiten der Rehabehandlungen (inkl. wartenden Patienten auf den Gängen, Ärzten und Schwestern vorbei). Dies war eher unschön. Ansonsten ist das Hotel gut und das Personal ist sehr nett.

Immer wieder gern!

Wir haben zu zweit ein Wellnesswochende mit Besuch in der Therma sehr genoßen. Anlage, Park, Hotel, Service und das Essen waren echt super und sehr empfehlenswert. Wir werden definitiv ein zweites Mal für ein verlängerdes Wochenende oder gar einen längeren Urlaub widerkommen.

Fantastisk spa, ok hotell

Rommet var ikke vasket da vi kom selv om vi hadde forhåndsbestilt og betalt. Det gav hele opplevelsen av rommet en brukt og skitten følelse. Føltes også litt som et sykehushotell. Spaet var helt fantastisk og lokasjonen nydelig.
